Pepperoni Pizza with Zero Maida Pizza Base

Ingredients:

  • Zero Maida Pizza Base – 1
  • Pizza sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (shredded)
  • Pepperoni slices – 12-15
  • Fresh basil leaves – for garnish
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat to 220°C (430°F) or follow pizza base instructions.
  2. Prepare the Pizza Base:

    • Place the pizza base on a baking tray.
    • Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the base, leaving a small border.
  3. Add Toppings:

    • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.
    • Arrange the pepperoni slices and fresh basil leaves on top.
  4. Bake the Pizza:

    • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve:

    • Remove from oven, slice, and serve hot.
