Healthy Avocado Toast with Zero Maida Classic Sourdough
Ingredients:
2 slices of The Health Factory’s Zero Maida Classic Sourdough Bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tomato, sliced
Fresh lettuce leaves
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 handful of fresh sprouts
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toast the Bread:
Toast two slices of Zero Maida Classic Sourdough Bread using minimal oil until golden and crisp.
Prepare the Avocado:
Mash the ripe avocado with a fork and spread it evenly over one slice of the toasted bread.
Layer the Vegetables:
On the second slice, layer fresh lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and onion rings.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add Sprouts:
Top the vegetables with a handful of fresh sprouts for added crunch and nutrition.
Assemble the Sandwich:
Place the avocado-topped slice over the vegetables and press gently to complete the sandwich.
