Creamy Basil Aioli & Feta Focaccia with Zero Maida Focaccia Sourdough
Ingredients:
The Health Factory’s Zero Maida Focaccia Sourdough bread
1–2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Basil Aioli (recipe below)
1 tsp Mustard Sauce
3–4 slices of fresh Tomatoes
3–4 Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup Arugula, chopped
1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp Olive Oil (for toasting, optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread:
Lightly toast the Zero Maida Focaccia Sourdough in a pan with olive oil for extra crunch.
Slice the bread partially to create a pocket.
Spread the Flavors:
Spread basil aioli on one side and mustard sauce on the other side of the bread pocket.
Layer it Up:
Layer with fresh tomato slices, sundried tomatoes, romaine lettuce, arugula, and crumbled feta cheese.
Assemble:
Close the sandwich and press gently before serving.
