Peanut Butter & Banana Toast with Zero Maida Milk Bread

Ingredients:

  • Zero Maida Milk Bread – 2 slices
  • Banana – 1 (sliced)
  • Fresh blueberries – 1/4 cup
  • Peanut butter – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp (or to taste)
  • Butter – for toasting

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bread:

    • Spread peanut butter on one side of a bread slice.
    • Arrange banana slices and blueberries on top.
    • Drizzle honey over the fruits.
  2. Toast the Bread:

    • Heat butter in a pan.
    • Place the bread with toppings on the pan and lightly toast for a minute.
  3. Serve:

    • Remove from heat, cut into halves, and enjoy!
