Spicy Chickpea Toast with Zero Maida Protein Bread

Ingredients:

Zero Maida Protein Bread – 2 slices

Canned chickpeas – 1 cup (drained and rinsed)

Plain yogurt – 2 tbsp

Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Cumin powder – 1 tsp

Paprika – 1 tsp

Salt & pepper – to taste

Fresh cilantro/parsley – for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Chickpea Spread:

Mash the chickpeas with a fork, leaving some chunks.

Add yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Toast the Bread:

Toast the bread slices to your desired crispiness.

Spread the chickpea mixture evenly on the toast.

Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley.
