Ingredients:

  • Zero Maida Protein Bread – 4 slices
  • Eggs – 2
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin spice powder – 1 tsp (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Shredded pumpkin – 1/4 cup
  • Butter or oil – 1 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar – for dusting
  • Honey – for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter:

    • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, pumpkin spice, and sugar.
    • Add shredded pumpkin and mix well.
  2. Dip the Bread:

    • Heat a pan and add butter or oil.
    • Dip each bread slice into the batter, coating both sides.
  3. Cook the French Toast:

    • Place on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Serve:

    • Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with honey.
