Pumpkin Spiced French Toast with Zero Maida Protein Bread

Ingredients:

Zero Maida Protein Bread – 4 slices

Eggs – 2

Milk – 1/2 cup

Pumpkin spice powder – 1 tsp (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)

Sugar – 1 tbsp

Shredded pumpkin – 1/4 cup

Butter or oil – 1 tbsp

Powdered sugar – for dusting

Honey – for drizzling

Instructions:

Prepare the Batter:

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin spice powder, and sugar.

Mix in the shredded pumpkin and stir well until combined.

Dip the Bread:

Heat a pan and add butter or oil.

Dip each slice of bread into the batter, ensuring both sides are well coated.

Cook the French Toast:

Place the coated bread slices in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with honey before serving.
