Paneer Tikka Pizza with Zero Maida Pizza Base

Ingredients:
- Zero Maida Pizza Base – 1
- Paneer (cubed) – 200g
- Small onion – 1 (sliced)
- Small capsicum – 1 (sliced)
- Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Pizza sauce – 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup (grated)
- Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions:

Marinate the Paneer:
- Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Toss in the paneer cubes and coat well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Cook the Paneer Tikka:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Sauté marinated paneer, onions, and capsicum for 5-7 minutes.

Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread pizza sauce on the base.
- Add paneer tikka, onions, and capsicum.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.

Bake:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

- Garnish with fresh coriander, slice, and enjoy!
