Paneer Tikka Pizza with Zero Maida Pizza Base

Ingredients:

  • Zero Maida Pizza Base – 1
  • Paneer (cubed) – 200g
  • Small onion – 1 (sliced)
  • Small capsicum – 1 (sliced)
  • Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Pizza sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup (grated)
  • Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Paneer:

    • Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt in a bowl.
    • Toss in the paneer cubes and coat well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Paneer Tikka:

    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Sauté marinated paneer, onions, and capsicum for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Assemble the Pizza:

    • Spread pizza sauce on the base.
    • Add paneer tikka, onions, and capsicum.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake:

    • Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh coriander, slice, and enjoy!
