Paneer Tikka Pizza with Zero Maida Pizza Base
Ingredients:
Zero Maida Pizza Base – 1
Paneer (cubed) – 200g
Small onion – 1 (sliced)
Small capsicum – 1 (sliced)
Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Pizza sauce – 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup (grated)
Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions:
Marinate the Paneer:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt.
Add paneer cubes and coat well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Cook the Paneer Tikka:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the marinated paneer along with sliced onion and capsicum for 5–7 minutes until lightly charred.
Assemble the Pizza:
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the Zero Maida Pizza Base.
Arrange the cooked paneer tikka, onion, and capsicum on top.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese evenly.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Bake the pizza for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden brown.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Slice and enjoy hot!
