Paneer, Corn, and Spinach Sandwich with Zero Maida Protein Bread
Ingredients:
Boiled corn – 1/4 cup
Spinach – 4-5 leaves (blanched)
Paneer – 1/4 cup (crumbled)
Green chili – 1 (chopped)
Mint leaves – few
Coriander leaves – few
Red chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Hung curd – 1/4 cup
Zero Maida Whole Wheat Bread – 4 slices
Butter – for toasting
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
Mix boiled corn, blanched spinach, crumbled paneer, green chili, mint, coriander, chili flakes, pepper, salt, and hung curd.
Assemble the Sandwich:
Spread butter on bread slices.
Add the prepared mixture and close with another slice.
Toast the Sandwich:
Heat a pan and toast both sides until golden brown.
Serve:
Cut into halves and enjoy!
