Paneer, Corn, and Spinach Sandwich with Zero Maida Protein Bread

Ingredients:

  • Boiled corn – 1/4 cup
  • Spinach – 4-5 leaves (blanched)
  • Paneer – 1/4 cup (crumbled)
  • Green chili – 1 (chopped)
  • Mint leaves – few
  • Coriander leaves – few
  • Red chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Hung curd – 1/4 cup
  • Zero Maida Whole Wheat Bread – 4 slices
  • Butter – for toasting

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • Mix boiled corn, blanched spinach, crumbled paneer, green chili, mint, coriander, chili flakes, pepper, salt, and hung curd.
  2. Assemble the Sandwich:

    • Spread butter on bread slices.
    • Add the prepared mixture and close with another slice.
  3. Toast the Sandwich:

    • Heat a pan and toast both sides until golden brown.
  4. Serve:

    • Cut into halves and enjoy!
