Paneer, Corn, and Spinach Sandwich with Zero Maida Protein Bread

Ingredients:
- Boiled corn – 1/4 cup
- Spinach – 4-5 leaves (blanched)
- Paneer – 1/4 cup (crumbled)
- Green chili – 1 (chopped)
- Mint leaves – few
- Coriander leaves – few
- Red chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Hung curd – 1/4 cup
- Zero Maida Whole Wheat Bread – 4 slices
- Butter – for toasting
Instructions:

Prepare the Filling:
- Mix boiled corn, blanched spinach, crumbled paneer, green chili, mint, coriander, chili flakes, pepper, salt, and hung curd.

Assemble the Sandwich:
- Spread butter on bread slices.
- Add the prepared mixture and close with another slice.

Toast the Sandwich:
- Heat a pan and toast both sides until golden brown.
