Grilled Tandoori Paneer Burger with Zero Maida Burger Buns

Ingredients:
- Zero Maida Burger Buns – 2
- Yogurt – 3 tbsp
- Tandoori masala – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Paneer (thick slices) – 200g
- Tomato slices – 4-5
- Onion slices – 3-4
- Lettuce leaves – 2
- Tandoori mayo – 2 tbsp

Prepare the Marinade:
- Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and oil.

Marinate the Paneer:
- Coat paneer slices in the marinade and let rest for 30 minutes.

Grill the Paneer:
- Heat a pan and grill paneer slices for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Prepare the Buns:
- Toast burger buns lightly.

Assemble the Burger:
- Spread tandoori mayo on buns.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and grilled paneer.
- Close with the top bun.
