Grilled Tandoori Paneer Burger with Zero Maida Burger Buns

Ingredients:

  • Zero Maida Burger Buns – 2
  • Yogurt – 3 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala – 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Paneer (thick slices) – 200g
  • Tomato slices – 4-5
  • Onion slices – 3-4
  • Lettuce leaves – 2
  • Tandoori mayo – 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

    • Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and oil.
  2. Marinate the Paneer:

    • Coat paneer slices in the marinade and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the Paneer:

    • Heat a pan and grill paneer slices for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Prepare the Buns:

    • Toast burger buns lightly.
  5. Assemble the Burger:

    • Spread tandoori mayo on buns.
    • Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and grilled paneer.
    • Close with the top bun.
  6. Serve:

    • Enjoy hot with chutney or fries!
