Grilled Tandoori Paneer Burger with Zero Maida Burger Buns
Ingredients:
Zero Maida Burger Buns – 2
Yogurt – 3 tbsp
Tandoori masala – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Paneer (thick slices) – 200g
Tomato slices – 4-5
Onion slices – 3-4
Lettuce leaves – 2
Tandoori mayo – 2 tbsp
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade:
Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and oil.
Marinate the Paneer:
Coat paneer slices in the marinade and let rest for 30 minutes.
Grill the Paneer:
Heat a pan and grill paneer slices for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Prepare the Buns:
Toast burger buns lightly.
Assemble the Burger:
Spread tandoori mayo on buns.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and grilled paneer.
Close with the top bun.
Serve:
Enjoy hot with chutney or fries!
