Zero Maida Burger Bun – 1
Eggs – 2
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Onion rounds – 2-3
Mustard sauce – 1-2 tsp
Romaine lettuce – 2-3 leaves
Tomato slices – 2-3
Cheese slice (optional)
Pickles or avocado (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the Eggs:
Heat a non-stick pan and fry the eggs as desired (scrambled, sunny-side up, or omelet).
Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the Buns:
Slice the burger bun in half and lightly toast.

Spread mustard sauce on the bottom bun.
Add lettuce, tomato, and onion slices.
