Double Egg Burger with Zero Maida Burger Bun

Ingredients:

  • Zero Maida Burger Bun – 1
  • Eggs – 2
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Onion rounds – 2-3
  • Mustard sauce – 1-2 tsp
  • Romaine lettuce – 2-3 leaves
  • Tomato slices – 2-3
  • Cheese slice (optional)
  • Pickles or avocado (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Eggs:

    • Heat a non-stick pan and fry the eggs as desired (scrambled, sunny-side up, or omelet).
    • Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the Buns:

    • Slice the burger bun in half and lightly toast.
  3. Assemble the Burger:

    • Spread mustard sauce on the bottom bun.
    • Add lettuce, tomato, and onion slices.
    • Place the cooked eggs on top.
    • Add cheese, pickles, or avocado (if using).
  4. Serve:
