Classic Veggie Pizza with Zero Maida Pizza Base

Ingredients:
- Zero Maida Pizza Base – 1
- Pizza sauce – 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (shredded)
- Mushrooms – 1/2 cup (sliced, optional)
- Black olives – 1/4 cup (sliced, optional)
- Red bell pepper – 1/4 cup (sliced)
- Yellow bell pepper – 1/4 cup (sliced)
- Dried oregano – 1/2 tsp
- Dried basil – 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Fresh basil leaves – for garnish (optional)
- Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat to 220°C (425°F).

Prepare the Pizza Base:
- Place the pizza base on a baking sheet.

Add Sauce and Cheese:
- Spread pizza sauce evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese.

Add Toppings:
- Arrange mushrooms, black olives, and bell peppers evenly.

Season the Pizza:
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Sprinkle oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Bake the Pizza:
- Bake for 5-8 minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.
- For stovetop cooking, cover and cook on a tawa for 4-5 minutes, then microwave for 30 seconds.
