Classic Veggie Pizza with Zero Maida Pizza Base

Ingredients:

  • Zero Maida Pizza Base – 1
  • Pizza sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (shredded)
  • Mushrooms – 1/2 cup (sliced, optional)
  • Black olives – 1/4 cup (sliced, optional)
  • Red bell pepper – 1/4 cup (sliced)
  • Yellow bell pepper – 1/4 cup (sliced)
  • Dried oregano – 1/2 tsp
  • Dried basil – 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh basil leaves – for garnish (optional)
  • Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Prepare the Pizza Base:

    • Place the pizza base on a baking sheet.
  3. Add Sauce and Cheese:

    • Spread pizza sauce evenly.
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add Toppings:

    • Arrange mushrooms, black olives, and bell peppers evenly.
  5. Season the Pizza:

    • Drizzle olive oil over the top.
    • Sprinkle oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake the Pizza:

    • Bake for 5-8 minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.
    • For stovetop cooking, cover and cook on a tawa for 4-5 minutes, then microwave for 30 seconds.
  7. Garnish and Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve hot.
