Chocolate Bread Bomb with Zero Maida Milk Bread
Ingredients:
Zero Maida Milk Bread – 4 slices
Dark chocolate shavings – 1/2 cup
Grated cheese – 2 tbsp (optional)
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Water – 1/4 cup
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
Oil – for frying
Icing sugar – 2 tbsp
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread:
Flatten each slice of Zero Maida Milk Bread using a rolling pin.
Cut the flattened bread into circular shapes using a cookie cutter or a round object.
Assemble the Bombs:
Place a small amount of dark chocolate shavings and grated cheese (if using) in the center of each bread round.
Moisten the edges of the bread and place another bread round on top, sealing the edges tightly.
Coat & Fry:
Prepare a slurry by mixing rice flour and water.
Dip each bread bomb into the rice flour slurry and coat it with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread bombs until they are golden brown on all sides.
Serve:
Dust with icing sugar and serve warm.
