Chili Butter Scrambled Eggs with Zero Maida Classic Sourdough
Ingredients:
The Health Factory’s Zero Maida Classic Sourdough
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp smoked paprika or red pepper flakes (for mild warmth)
2 eggs
Salt & black pepper – to taste
1 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for extra creamy eggs)
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chili Butter:
Mix 1 tbsp softened butter with a pinch of smoked paprika or red pepper flakes.
Scramble the Eggs:
Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and heavy cream if using.
Cook gently on low heat with regular butter, stirring until soft and creamy.
Toast the Sourdough:
Toast the sourdough slices in a pan until golden and crisp.
Assemble:
Spread the chili butter on each side of the toasted sourdough.
Layer the scrambled eggs on top and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
