Cheese Chili Toast Sandwich with Zero Maida Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients:
- Zero Maida Whole Wheat Bread – 4 slices
- Mozzarella or processed cheese – 1 cup (grated)
- Green chili – 1 (finely chopped, optional)
- Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)
- Small onion – 1 (finely chopped)
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Fresh coriander leaves – chopped
- Butter – for spreading and cooking
- Tomato ketchup – for serving (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
- In a bowl, combine grated cheese, finely chopped capsicum, onion, and green chili (if using).
- Add cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili flakes, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Prepare the Bread:
- Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Assemble the Sandwich:
- Spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining two slices, buttered side up.

Cook the Sandwich:
- Heat a tawa or pan over medium heat.
- Place the sandwiches on the tawa, buttered side down.
- Cook until golden brown and crispy, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve:
- Remove from the pan and cut into halves or quarters.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
