Bread Chivda with Zero Maida Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients:
Zero Maida Whole Wheat Bread – 250g pack (cut into cubes)
Ghee or butter – 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 2 tsp
Green chilies (chopped) – 5-6
Curry leaves – 2 handfuls
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Hing (asafoetida) – 1/4 tsp
Cashews (roughly chopped) – 10-12
Salt – to taste
Fresh coriander – for garnish
Instructions:

Toast the Bread:
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.
Toast bread pieces until golden brown, then remove.

Prepare the Masala:
Add the remaining 2 tbsp ghee to the pan.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, and hing.
Sauté for a minute.

Combine:
Add cashews and sauté until golden.
Add the toasted bread cubes and toss well.
Sprinkle salt and mix evenly.

Serve:
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve warm.
