Bread Chivda with Zero Maida Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients:
- Zero Maida Whole Wheat Bread – 250g pack (cut into cubes)
- Ghee or butter – 4 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 2 tsp
- Green chilies (chopped) – 5-6
- Curry leaves – 2 handfuls
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Hing (asafoetida) – 1/4 tsp
- Cashews (roughly chopped) – 10-12
- Salt – to taste
- Fresh coriander – for garnish
Instructions:

Toast the Bread:
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.
- Toast bread pieces until golden brown, then remove.

Prepare the Masala:
- Add the remaining 2 tbsp ghee to the pan.
- Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, and hing.
- Sauté for a minute.

Combine:
- Add cashews and sauté until golden.
- Add the toasted bread cubes and toss well.
- Sprinkle salt and mix evenly.

Serve:
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve warm.
