Avocado Egg Sandwich with Zero Maida Protein Bread

Ingredients:

  • Zero Maida Protein Bread – 4 slices
  • Ripe avocado – 1/2
  • Lemon juice – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Hard-boiled eggs – 3 (chopped)
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1/8 tsp
  • Lettuce leaves – 2

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Avocado Mixture:

    • Mash avocado with lemon juice and olive oil.
    • Mix in chopped boiled eggs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble the Sandwich:

    • Spread the avocado-egg mixture on bread slices.
    • Top with a lettuce leaf and close with another slice.
  3. Serve:
