- Zero Maida Protein Bread – 4 slices
- Ripe avocado – 1/2
- Lemon juice – 1 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
- Hard-boiled eggs – 3 (chopped)
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/8 tsp
- Lettuce leaves – 2
