Aloo Jalapeno Tikki Burger with Zero Maida Burger Buns

Ingredients:
- Zero Maida Burger Buns – 2
- Large potatoes – 2 (boiled & mashed)
- Small onion – 1 (finely chopped)
- Jalapeno – 1 (finely chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves – chopped
- Oil – 2 tbsp (for cooking)
- Butter – for toasting buns
- Green chutney – as needed
- Tamarind chutney – as needed
- Cucumber, tomato, onion (thinly sliced)
- Lettuce leaves
- Cheese slices (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Aloo Jalapeno Tikki:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
- Add jalapeno, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add mashed potatoes and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Add fresh coriander leaves, mix, and let cool slightly.
- Shape into round patties.

Cook the Patties:
- Heat remaining oil in a pan.
- Shallow-fry patties until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Buns:
- Spread butter inside the buns and toast until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger:
- Spread green chutney on the bottom bun, tamarind chutney on the top.
- Place lettuce, potato patty, cheese (if using), cucumber, tomato, and onion.
- Cover with the top bun.

- Serve immediately with extra chutney on the side.
