Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Zero Maida Protein Bread
- 1 cup canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chickpea Spread:
- In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.

Aloo Jalapeno Tikki Burger with Zero Maida Burger Buns
Ingredients:
- 2 Zero Maida Burger Buns
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil for cooking
- Butter for toasting the buns
- Green chutney
- Tamarind chutney
- Thinly sliced cucumber, tomato, and onion
- Lettuce leaves
- Cheese slices (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Aloo Jalapeno Tikki:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.

- 1/2 cup pizza sauce

- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Prepare the Pizza Base:
- Place the Zero Maida Pizza Base on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Add the Sauce and Cheese:
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add the Toppings:
- Arrange the sliced mushrooms, black olives, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper evenly over the cheese.
- Season the Pizza:
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.

- Bake the Pizza or Cook it on a Tawa
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the pizza base are golden brown.
- If you are using a tawa, cover the pizza with a bowl and cook it for 4-5 mins on a low flame and then microwave 30 seconds for the cheese to melt.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.

- 4 Zero Maida Bombay Pavs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Prepare the Masala:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped green bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add a little water if the mixture is too dry and cook until you have a thick masala.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare the Pav:
- Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat.
- Slice the Zero Maida Boombay Pavs in half horizontally.
- Spread butter on the cut sides of the pavs.
- Toast the pavs on the tawa until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Assemble the Masala Pav:
- Spread a generous amount of the prepared masala on the toasted sides of the pavs.
- Press the pav halves together.
- Serve:
- Serve the Masala Pav hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges on the side.

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Butter for spreading and cooking

Instructions:
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
- In a bowl, combine grated cheese, finely chopped capsicum, onion, and green chili (if using).
- Add cumin powder, chaat masala, and chopped coriander leaves.
