Quick & Easy T20 Treats - Delicious Recipes for Match Day Binges

We're all glued to the screens, roaring for Team India's victory. But between those nail-biting moments and the electrifying atmosphere, hunger pangs can creep in. Don’t worry, we’re here. 

This T20 World Cup, we've got your back with #THFMatchDayPlay. It's all about easy-to-make, finger-lickin' snacks with The Health Factory that won't leave you feeling sluggish.

Let's kick things off with a fiery treat using The Health Factory’s range of Zero Maida Breads. These bite-sized wonders are packed with flavor and perfect for a cricket-watching crowd.

1. Homemade Stuffed Cheese Pizza: 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 The Health Factory Zero Maida Pizza Base
  • 4 tbsp Cheese Spread
  • 2 Cheese Slices
  • 2 tbsp Softened Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oregano Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 3-4 Garlic Pods, Crushed.

Instructions:

  1. Mix the softened butter, oregano flakes, chili flakes, and crushed garlic to create a flavorful spread.
  2. Cut the Zero Maida Pizza Base in half horizontally.
  3. Spread a generous amount of cheese spread on each half of the base.
  4. Place a cheese slice on each half.
  5. Close the pizza base and spread the garlic butter mixture generously on top.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.

2. Cheesy Buns: 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 The Health Factory Zero Maida Burger Bun
  • ½ Diced Capsicum
  • 20 gms Corn
  • ½ Chopped Onion
  • 30 gms Diced Paneer
  • 70-80gms Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ tbsp Oregano
  • ½ tbsp Chilly flakes
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions: 

  1. Take buns and make slits at shown in the video
  2. ⁠Prepare the filling using above ingredients and fill it between the slits
  3. Add cheese in between the slits
  4. Brush some butter and add chilly flakes and oregano
  5. ⁠Air fry it for 5-7 minutes at 160 degrees and it’s ready!!

3. Paneer Open Toast Sandwich:  

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 The Health Factory Zero Maida Protein Bread
  • Garlic Butter
  • 70-80gms Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ Diced Onion
  • ½ Diced Capsicum
  • 30 gms Diced Paneer

Instructions:

  1. Place the slices of bread and apply garlic butter on it.
  2. Add grated mozzarella cheese on the slices
  3. Place diced onion, capsicum, spiced paneer on the slice
  4. Bake it for 7-8 mins and it’s ready to eat!

There you have it! Quick, easy, and oh-so-satisfying snacks to enjoy while cheering for Team India.
